TUSCAVIR.NET team has a well-consolidated experience in the development of novel antiviral drugs. The team is guided by Prof. Elena Dreassi (UNISI-DBCF MedChem team), responsible for the design, synthesis, and ADMET evaluation of novel antivirals. All the compounds are subjected to toxicity and efficacy tests, thanks to the expertise of the virological task force formed by Prof. Simone Giannecchini (UNIFI team), Prof. Emanuele Montomoli (UNISI-DMMS Vir team), Prof. Mauro Pistello (AOUP team) and Prof. Maurizio Zazzi (AOUS Vir team).
