ADME
ADME is an abbreviation for Absorption, Distribution, Metabolism, and Excretion.
ADME:
· Are fundamental properties for understanding the safety and the efficacy of a drug candidate;
· Depends on the drug’s physicochemical properties, formulation, and route of administration;
· Should be determined from the first phases to reduce the time and cost associated whith drug development.
PK/BD
We can thoroughly evaluate the pharmacokinetics (PK) and biodistribution (BD) of your molecule in mice. Your compound can be administered using different routes of administration (i.p, per òs, intravenously).
